Time Out

It's Sunday night, and I'm in Sydney, staying with friends (a married couple). Since I can use the Net, I'm quite content and I think I could happily spend the rest of the week inside relaxing. I think I'll watch the cricket tomorrow...

Oh, by the way, I'm taking this coming week off work. Is about time for a break, though I know there's a lot of work waiting for me when I get back. Ostensibly, I'm in Sydney in case my friend needs help with her wedding, which is on Saturday. I think she's got everything under control however, and my main responsibility is as a driver on the day =) I get to drive a Tarago (which I've never done before), and as driver I'll get to see more of what happens 'behind the scenes', so I'm very excited.

Anyway, I have 5 days free, which I haven't had since March. Catching up on sleep is priority. I should take some time to think and reflect about things (yes, I'm known to think too much, but this year so much has been happening that I haven't had time to truly examine things for several months now). Fish markets are a must... along with lots of other food trips =)

Am meeting up with some friends as well, though I really haven't planned my schedule at all, so I'm not sure that I'll see more than a handful of people.

Will see how things go. Maybe I'll find some inspiration and have something meaningful to share at last?
